* Travel Expenses will be added for seminars at locations beyond a 100 mile radius of Lawrence, Kansas.
* Payment can be made directly to Sand Castles, Inc. via corporate accounts received within 5 business days after scheduling a seminar. Monies not received will cause the seminar to be cancelled until payment is received. Reservations are only held for those accounts which are paid in full and in advance. If a reservation needs to be cancelled, a partial refund of 50% of the per person rate will be made, if cancellation is requested 30 days or more after the reservation was confirmed. A full refund is available only if requested within 30 days of purchase. Rescheduling of a seminar can occur rather than cancellation when other dates are available. No refund is available ONE month or less before scheduled seminar.
