Write a short ONE page description of your problem. E-mail your problem description to:

Decribe your problem as completely as you can. A Counselor will review your described problem and compile
a list of viable, potential ideas to assist you in resolving or managing your described problem. Your "Idea List"
will be your tool for rebuilding or properly managing your problem based on the details that you have shared
After you receive your specific and personalized problem resolution Idea List, you will need to think about each
idea. Weigh out the “pros” and the “cons” of these ideas and how the ideas may apply to your real life situation.
Only you can think these ideas through based on all of the details that only you can know. You may choose one
or all of these ideas to explore as you work to resolve and/or mange your problem.
Not all problems will go away. Learning how to manage problems can be as helpful. Some problems are simply
ongoing life challenges that need to be understood and then better managed.
If you need further counsel, you can write a response to each item on the Idea List and email it back to Janis@sandcastlesonline.com. Each time you want your counselor to respond your email, you will need
to go to "Buy Now" and select a new Idea List. By selecting an Idea List, you will receive a review of your email.
This will allow your counselor to share more with you in resolving problems and supporting any changes that
you may decide to make.
Sand Castles, Inc. counselors can be as involved as you choose. You are in control of what you share and the
number of times you want to have ideas provided by your counselor. We are here to help you in generating
ideas that can help you resolve the problems in your life.
The success of these ideas cannot be calculated or predicted based on the brief description disclosed to Sand
Castles’ counselors. However, when individuals review and carefully consider the possibilities of each idea,
and apply the idea to the greater detail of the problem that only you can fully know, then the chosen idea
may provide renewed energy and insight to help you work through your problem.
