Case Managers are required to serve with integrity and personal commitment. Supervision and training are ongoing to ensure quality care. You can depend on and trust our case managers to be there for you when you need them.

Once a Case Management Service Contract is established, Sand Castles' staff are available 24 hours per day to ensure care needs are met. All your personal and health care services can be coordinated for quality care and dependable support.
